Team Leader – Project Management (Phase 1)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to drive the Phase 1 project management and commercial bidding process for our rolling‑stock business in Huehuetoca. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage bid budgets and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end commercial opportunity lifecycle from qualification to contract award.
• Coordinate sales, marketing, product, finance, legal and delivery inputs for bid preparation.
• Conduct risk analysis, manage bid budgets and monitor internal KPIs.
• Prepare and review commercial aspects of offers, ensuring accurate pricing and compliance.
• Supervise customer documentation, deadlines and internal reporting.
• Support P&L preparation and resolve technical, business and strategic issues.

Required profile

• Higher education in a technical or economic discipline.
• Proven track record of winning complex commercial opportunities.
• Leadership and management experience, preferably in the transportation or rolling‑stock sector.
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical concepts in transportation is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with contract language and basic logistics/customs flow.
• Strong analytical, mathematical and time‑management abilities.
