Technical Project Manager III (Scrum Master / Product Owner)

About the role

Mitratech is seeking a Technical Project Manager III to act as both Scrum Master and Product Owner for a mature product team. You will bridge development, product leadership, and stakeholders, ensuring clear accountability across time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to closure, planning timelines, prioritising work and managing partner expectations.
• Facilitate cross‑functional discussions to define requirements and evaluate design alternatives.
• Write, groom and prioritise user stories with strong business understanding.
• Run all Scrum activities, maintain artefacts and drive process efficiency for on‑time roadmap delivery.
• Guide the delivery team, remove blockers and communicate risks to leadership.
• Define and coordinate testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Own product release planning, release notes and ensure smooth deployments.
• Partner with the US Product Development Management team to convey product strategy.
• Support the development team in delivering customer value and follow Mitratech’s Product Development SOPs.
• Coach Scrum teams toward self‑organisation and high performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience acting as Scrum Master and Product Owner on a technical product.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to serve as the trusted voice between development, product leadership and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive process improvements and ensure on‑time delivery.
