Technical Solutions Consultant

About the role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to lead client implementations and integrations of its industry‑leading risk management platforms. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring seamless deployments and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting and integration support to clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Guide software implementations, configurations, and deployments from start to finish.
• Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with cross‑functional teams.
• Communicate project status and technical details directly with clients and internal partners throughout the lifecycle.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and advanced XML support.
• Share best practices and technical knowledge to promote successful customer implementations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in technical consulting, software implementation, or customer‑facing technical roles.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
