Technical Support Agent 2 Hybrid

About the role

DATAMARK is looking for a Technical Support Agent to join its hybrid team. You will provide fast, friendly technical assistance to clients, handling software, hardware and networking issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware and networking problems.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat with professionalism.
• Guide users through installation and configuration of software or hardware solutions.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and solutions.
• Stay current on technology trends and product information.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of programming experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with Help Desk processes and escalation management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish (C1 level).
