About the role
NTT DATA is looking for an on‑site Support Technician to join its team in Gomez Palacio, Durango. The role involves providing basic IT support directly at client locations, ensuring that desktops, notebooks and printers are correctly configured and operational.
Key responsibilities
- Perform basic configuration of desktops, notebooks and printers.
- Assist with simple parts replacement and hardware repair for computers and printers.
- Travel to client sites as required to deliver on‑site support.
- Provide basic client service and troubleshooting assistance.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of the Windows operating system.
- Ability to follow standard procedures for hardware setup and repair.
- Willingness to travel to different locations.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients.
