Therapeutic Lead – Medical Affairs

About the role

The Therapeutic Lead (TL) will drive Knight's medical affairs strategy across Pan‑American markets, supporting brand growth and scientific excellence. Reporting to the Brand Regional team, the TL acts as the therapeutic area expert, shaping global medical plans and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global medical strategy for assigned products.
• Maintain deep expertise on the brand, competition, and therapeutic area to serve as a subject‑matter expert.
• Design and implement scientific communication, data‑generation, and publication plans.
• Lead cross‑regional medical meetings, international conference activities, and multi‑country registries.
• Create medical materials such as slide decks, Q&A documents, and objection‑handling tools.
• Provide scientific presentations, KOL engagement, and regulatory support.
• Own the global/regional medical budget and ensure compliance with SOPs, pharmacovigilance, and audit requirements.
• Collect and disseminate scientific insights, build advisory board frameworks, and organize cross‑country learning events.

Required profile

• Medical affairs professional with therapeutic‑area expertise.
• Proven experience in scientific strategy, data generation, and publication planning.
• Strong ability to engage healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, and regulatory bodies.
• Excellent communication skills for global and regional stakeholder interaction.
