Trainee Recruiter – Entry-Level Remote Position

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Trainee Recruiter and start your career in talent acquisition. You will support experienced recruiters throughout the full hiring cycle while learning the fundamentals of sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on various job boards and career platforms.
• Assist in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
• Review applications and perform initial resume screening under senior guidance.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Genuine interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
