Trim Engineer (Entry Level)

About the role

Adient is looking for an entry‑level Trim Engineer to join its Tech Center in Queretaro. The role focuses on developing and supporting trim‑cover components for automotive seats.

Key responsibilities

• Complete seat patterning and develop trim‑cover solutions from 2D or 3D data.
• Apply problem‑solving techniques (e.g., BEP, Kepner‑Tregoe, Six‑Sigma) to real‑world issues.
• Operate seat equipment such as NC cutters and sewing machines.
• Maintain trim‑cover safety standards, material specifications, and BOM control.

Required profile

• Last semester of Engineering, Textiles, Industrial Design or related technical degree.
• 0‑1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
• Mid‑level English conversation ability.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite in Queretaro.
