About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests in dining, reception and concierge areas.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, special requests and service requirements.
• Support daily operations within the assigned department and coordinate with colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization and presentation in guest‑facing areas.
• Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere and promote teamwork to enhance the overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role within a 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proficiency in English.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
