Vice President, Human Resources – Latin America

About the role

The Vice President of Human Resources for Latin America will join Brink’s Global HR Leadership Team to define and execute the regional HR strategy. Reporting to the EVP & President LATAM, this senior leader will act as a strategic partner, aligning talent initiatives with business objectives across a diverse footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Advise the President LATAM and regional executives on workforce strategy, talent planning, and organization design.
• Lead the regional HR function, ensuring consistent delivery with global COEs and local HRBPs.
• Drive organizational design, change initiatives, and implementation of HR policies, programs, and systems, including Workday rollout.
• Oversee employee engagement, internal communications, and labor relations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop talent strategies, succession planning, and leadership development programs.

Required profile

• Proven executive HR experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Deep knowledge of labor regulations and HR governance in Latin America.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
