职位概况

负责对标行业一流的具身模型研发，设计并实现创新的VLA算法方案，参与从数据采集、模型训练到真机部署的全链路研发工作。

主要职责

研发并优化VLA模型训练基础设施，包括分布式训练框架和数据预处理Pipeline。
参与具身模型的全流程研发，涵盖数据采集、模型训练、测试及真机部署。
跟进前沿技术，进行SOTA算法复现、创新优化并实现工程化落地。
维护并升级机器人操作系统（ROS/ROS2）相关开发与调试环境。

任职要求

计算机科学、人工智能、机器人等相关专业硕士及以上学历；校招面向2025/2026届硕博毕业生，社招需1年以上相关工作经验。
扎实的深度学习、计算机视觉或自然语言处理理论基础，熟练使用PyTorch或Jax。
熟悉VLM/VLA模型训练与部署全流程，了解OpenVLA、Pi系列等具身模型架构。
熟悉LeRobot、OpenPi等具身训练框架及多模态数据集的构建、清洗与优化。
具备ROS/ROS2系统开发与真机调试经验，具备良好的创新能力和团队协作意识。
