HR Coordinator

About the role

The HR Coordinator will support the employee lifecycle from pre‑onboarding to ongoing talent management, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and existing staff across Mexico. This role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, driving organizational design, coaching culture, and compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pre‑onboarding activities, complete administrative tasks, and introduce new hires to company culture.
• Lead onboarding, buddy programs, and continuous improvement of employee experience processes.
• Partner with business leaders to advise on talent, organizational change, and role clarity.
• Conduct talent and organization diagnostics, using data analytics to provide actionable insights.
• Support talent management initiatives such as succession planning, internal mobility, and performance review cycles.
• Ensure compliance with NOM035, NOM030, labor laws, and internal policies.
• Prepare reports for regional regulators and internal audits.
• Manage wellness, health‑prevention, and benefits programs in coordination with global benefits teams.
• Negotiate with brokers and providers for medical, life, and pension plans.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and internal communications initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Mexican labor regulations (NOM035, NOM030) and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR metrics and provide recommendations.
• Experience in onboarding, talent management, and benefits administration.
