About the role
Viva is seeking a Loyalty Commercial Lead to own the commercial strategy and revenue performance of its Financial Institutions vertical. You will manage cobrand and points‑transfer partnerships with banks, card networks, and fintech partners, driving portfolio growth and executive‑level engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Financial Institutions vertical, overseeing revenue performance and portfolio optimization.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with banking partners, fintechs, and payment platforms, including cobrand and points‑transfer agreements.
- Lead commercial negotiations, partnership governance, and executive‑level engagement with C‑level stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations for new partnerships and revenue growth initiatives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to ensure successful partnership integration.
- Monitor portfolio KPIs, partnership performance, and financial metrics, identifying risks and driving corrective actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, loyalty, cobrand partnerships, banking, fintech, or related commercial roles.
- Proven commercial and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical mindset for evaluating business performance and market opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
