Product Management Specialist

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Specialist in Product Management to help design, develop, and launch new payment products and services. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate market insights into functional and technical specifications that support our global technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Gather and analyse market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging technology opportunities.
• Define product requirements, functional specifications, and technical criteria.
• Support product launches, including marketing communications and collateral creation.
• Contribute to product marketing programs and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the payments industry or financial services.
• Broad knowledge of product development processes.
• Strong organizational, project‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyse financial information and work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
