Quality Engineer

About the role

Daimler Truck AG is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure the stability and capability of its manufacturing processes in Mexico. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and continuously improving quality standards that meet customer requirements and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects.
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications to verify product compliance.
• Conduct data analysis and process audits to monitor and improve process performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement operational excellence initiatives.
• Support risk mitigation and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Industrial Engineering background or equivalent academic knowledge.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
