Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process. You will source, engage, and assess candidates while ensuring a seamless experience for both applicants and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone or video screenings and maintain ongoing communication with candidates.
• Manage recruitment documentation, candidate data, and interview scheduling.
• Support structured interview processes and competency‑based assessments.
• Perform reference and background checks.
• Track hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill and pipeline status.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
• Generate recruitment and interview reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
