Business Development Representative (Spanish/English)

About the role

SpotOn builds restaurant technology, including a point-of-sale system and AI-powered profit tools, and wants to hire a Business Development Representative to drive growth and build client relationships. The position is remote-based in Cancun/Playa del Carmen, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively carry out outbound prospecting (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, etc.) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, keep accurate records in the CRM and report regularly on outreach and performance.
• Work closely with the sales team to target high-potential accounts and break into new markets.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and customer needs to tailor outreach and conversations.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Spanish and English, able to convey value and build trust.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding goals.
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

• Base salary of 18,000 MXN per month and an uncapped commission structure.
