About the role

The Logistics Planning Analyst will support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by creating and maintaining supply network plans that ensure production meets tactical and strategic demand horizons efficiently and cost‑effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate supply network plans for product groups covering 1‑15 months to meet demand while considering capacity, raw material availability and formulation optimisation.
• Produce quarterly or semi‑annual strategic plans (36‑month horizon) to identify potential supply constraints.
• Create scenario analyses to select the optimal supply option balancing total supply‑chain cost and customer service.
• Set strict deadlines with contributors to secure timely data for the monthly Supply Review.
• Prepare and present monthly Supply Review content, highlighting gaps between supply and demand and recommending actions.
• Monitor plan execution through regular contact with production, material planning and plant teams, adjusting as needed.
• Collaborate with other supply network planners and customer service teams to ensure on‑time‑in‑full delivery and inventory availability.

Required profile

• Experience in supply network or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage change, resolve conflicts and educate stakeholders on supply planning benefits.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Effective communication skills to work with Supply Chain Managers, Operations Directors and global IBP teams.
