Candidate Care Specialist (French)

About the role

As the primary point of contact for candidates after they accept an offer, you will ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee. You will manage pre‑employment activities, coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers, and guarantee that all onboarding milestones are met before the start date.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for new hires, handling background checks, drug screenings, eligibility verification, and other compliance requirements.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, vendors and candidates to provide timely updates and resolve issues.
• Administer the hiring lifecycle, including candidate communications, interview scheduling, offer support, pre‑boarding coordination, and system updates.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews, delivering a professional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps, mitigate risks, and drive continuous‑improvement and digital‑transformation initiatives.
• Manage external vendor relationships and collaborate on efficiency and compliance improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, French and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document, track and communicate progress across multiple processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and with HR technology platforms.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions and escalate when needed.
