Commercial Manager

About the role

Pharmanovia is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead commercial execution across Latin America, focusing on Mexico, Central America and South America. Reporting to the General Manager Latam, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability and market expansion for our specialty pharmaceutical portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of the product portfolio across all commercial channels, achieving annual top‑line and profit targets.
• Monitor secondary sales, promotional activities and performance across wholesalers, pharmacy chains, hospitals and tenders.
• Identify and implement new business opportunities, including product launches and targeted marketing initiatives.
• Support regional business planning, budgeting and forecasting for volume and profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure long‑term profitable collaborations.
• Stay informed on market trends, economic indicators and competitive dynamics.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of high sales achievement, preferably with off‑patent, branded generics or specialty products.
• Experience managing key accounts and navigating complex commercial channels.
• Strong understanding of the Latin American pharma market.
