Digital Marketing Manager – Burger King Mexico

About the role

Join the Burger King Mexico team as a Digital Marketing Manager and lead the end‑to‑end CRM strategy for the brand’s ecosystem. You will drive customer retention, frequency and lifetime value by leveraging a sophisticated digital stack and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a scalable CRM vision that boosts activation, engagement, repeat visits and loyalty.
• Design data‑driven customer journeys across app, email, push, SMS and in‑store touchpoints.
• Own CRM funnel KPIs, run structured experiments and continuously optimise performance.
• Lead the operation and evolution of the CRM/Digital Stack (CDP, ESP, automation tools, loyalty platforms, APIs, analytics).
• Partner with Tech & Data teams to ensure data quality, governance and seamless integration across POS, delivery, app, web and external partners.
• Activate advanced segmentation and predictive models (churn risk, purchase propensity, product affinity) for personalization at scale.
• Transform transactional and behavioural data into actionable commercial opportunities and develop a personalization framework.
• Manage A/B and multivariate testing programs to drive continuous learning.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to translate data insights into revenue growth.
• Excellent cross‑functional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing CRM strategies in a fast‑moving consumer environment.
