Digital Media Strategist (Mexico City)

About the role

WITHIN is looking for a Digital Media Strategist to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns for a portfolio of clients in Mexico City. You will work at the intersection of performance and branding, using data‑driven insights to achieve client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across social, search, and display channels.
• Analyze performance data, conduct A/B tests, and apply consumer research to improve results.
• Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to clients in written and verbal formats.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies with business objectives.
• Create KPI dashboards and deliver actionable cross‑channel performance reports.
• Implement proprietary technology, best practices, and creative copy recommendations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with Facebook and Google Ads.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week in Mexico City.
