Director of Marketing and Communications

About the role

The Director of Marketing and Communications will shape the strategic positioning, storytelling and integrated marketing efforts for Las Ventanas al Paraíso, aligning with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts’ vision and business objectives. This senior role drives brand awareness, guest engagement and revenue opportunities across traditional and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 360‑degree marketing and communications strategy for the ultra‑luxury resort.
• Lead public relations, media, influencer and social media programs, managing agency partners and media relationships.
• Create compelling brand storytelling through content, campaigns, partnerships and guest‑focused experiences.
• Collaborate with operational teams to promote Food & Beverage, Wellness, Entertainment and other resort experiences.
• Oversee digital initiatives including website performance, SEO, CRM, email marketing, social media and content strategies.
• Monitor, analyse and present marketing performance data to optimise strategies and support growth.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in luxury marketing and communications.
• Proven ability to lead integrated, multi‑channel campaigns in the hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of collaborating across corporate, operational and agency teams.
