Endpoint Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Endpoint Management Specialist to join our team. You will manage and support endpoint management solutions, software deployment processes, and automation activities across enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) environments.
• Manage software packaging, deployment, and lifecycle processes for Windows endpoints.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve software deployment issues.
• Create, maintain, and optimise PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
• Support endpoint compliance, configuration management, and policy deployment.
• Analyse incidents and problems related to endpoint management and software distribution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and technology‑adoption projects.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with enterprise endpoint management solutions, especially Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Proven ability to package and deploy software in Windows environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills and ability to create policies according to Microsoft Windows standards.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical abilities and capacity to work independently while contributing to a team.
