Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Engagement Specialist is the first point of contact for prospective partners and clients of a vertically integrated U.S. real‑estate and prop‑tech company. You will manage the entire initial funnel, from inbound interest to scheduling qualified portfolio analysis calls.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to every inbound lead within one business hour and run daily outreach via LinkedIn and email, logging all activity in HubSpot.
• Qualify prospects against strict client criteria, schedule qualification calls, and prepare briefing notes for call hosts.
• Issue NDAs and request property data promptly, tracking collection and escalating delays after five business days.
• Maintain data hygiene in HubSpot, record call outcomes, and review daily performance metrics.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, client success or outbound B2B communications.
• Fluent written and spoken English (Spanish a plus) and a proactive, accountable mindset.
• Based in Mexico City and able to work on‑site at least two days per week.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn, email automation and scheduling platforms.
• Comfort with AI‑powered tools for outreach and workflow automation.

What we offer

• Base salary $1,800 USD per month plus commissions (target OTE $2,800‑$3,000 USD/month).
• Hybrid work model (minimum 2 days in the Mexico City office).
