Junior Customer Success Manager

About the role

Join goFLUENT as a Junior Customer Success Manager in Mexico City. You will act as a trusted partner to clients, helping them maximize the value of goFLUENT’s digital learning solutions and achieve their training objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships by understanding business and learning needs.
• Lead onboarding and implementation, ensuring a smooth experience from day one.
• Monitor program performance, learner engagement and implement action plans to boost adoption.
• Conduct regular business reviews, share insights and recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities and expand the use of goFLUENT solutions within accounts.
• Gather feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve the learner experience.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish and intermediate English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or similar client‑facing role.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to identify opportunities.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
