Founding Sales Account Executive – Latin America

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Founding Sales Account Executive to drive Qureos's commercial expansion across Latin America. The role requires deep familiarity with the Mexican and broader LatAM enterprise landscape, a proven quota‑attainment record, and the entrepreneurial drive to build a market from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: identify target accounts, run outbound, lead discovery, demo, commercial negotiation, and contracting.
• Build and manage a pipeline across mid‑market and enterprise accounts in Mexico and across LatAM, focusing on HR leaders and talent acquisition teams.
• Run consultative discovery calls and product demos to help companies rethink how they hire.
• Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and customer success to keep the pipeline healthy and conversion rates high.
• Maintain clean CRM data and accurate forecasting.
• Identify partnership opportunities and new growth vectors across the LatAM region.
• Help adapt and refine Qureos’s go‑to‑market approach as the company expands beyond Mexico.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with full‑cycle closing.
• Deep familiarity with the Mexican market and broader LatAM enterprise landscape.
• Consistent track record against quota.
• Experience selling into mid‑market and enterprise accounts, preferably in HR Tech, AI, SaaS, or recruitment technology.
• Native‑level Spanish and strong business English; Portuguese a plus.
