Front Line Manager - F&A - Accounts Payable

About the role

Genpact is looking for a Front Line Manager for its F&A (Finance & Accounting) Accounts Payable team in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role covers the full scope of record-to-report activities for accounts payable, including leading the team, managing close timelines and supporting metrics reporting. It is a regular, hybrid position with a day shift.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a large Accounts Payable team and act as people manager, including hiring, structured learning paths and mentoring.
• Ensure baseline values adherence for all Service Level Agreements (KPIs and CPIs).
• Review daily team activities such as invoicing, audit requests, analysis and other accounts payable requests.
• Manage close timelines and communicate on time, adhering to deadlines.
• Harmonise with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and support metrics reporting for the process.
• Take part in and lead governance calls, and own and drive projects to deliver results.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance.
• Accounts Payable certification (F-TecF-Tec).
• English at upper-intermediate level (B2).
