Front Line Manager - F&A Treasury

About the role

Genpact is looking for a Front Line Manager for its F&A Treasury function in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role covers treasury operations, banking relationships, cash management and compliance, and involves supervising tax and treasury staff in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and cash position reporting so that the organization has enough funds.
• Handle banking relationships: opening and closing accounts, managing mandates and signatories, and negotiating terms.
• Administer corporate credit cards and inter-office payments, and monitor FX exposures with risk and compliance teams.
• Ensure compliance with controls and policies, including SOX and internal procedures, while improving treasury workflows.
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of tax and treasury staff, set objectives, give feedback and align performance.
• Provide training, coaching and development to build a high-performing, compliant team.
• Coordinate with AP/AR, accounting, legal and controls to drive efficient operations.
• Implement internal control frameworks and conduct risk assessments on liquidity, FX and compliance.
• Support policy development, including SLAs and performance metrics, and contribute to tax strategy.
• Generate performance reports, dashboards and forecasts for senior management or the board, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2).
