HR Shift Representative

About the role

We are looking for an HR Shift Representative to join our global leader in optical innovation. You will address employee concerns, manage disciplinary actions, support hourly onboarding processes, and maintain accurate HR reports and metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and implement disciplinary measures as needed.
• Prepare detailed disciplinary reports and enforce internal regulations.
• Serve as the primary contact for union delegates and handle union‑related matters.
• Monitor labor‑relation KPIs such as absenteeism and turnover.
• Support supervisors on HR‑related issues.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hourly employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, Labor Relations or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of generalist or specialist HR experience, or equivalent.
• Experience managing HR KPIs, particularly absenteeism and turnover.
