Implementation Consultant – B2B Client Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead end‑to‑end onboarding for our B2B clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the configuration of our procurement and financial platform and ensuring a smooth transition to Go‑Live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementation projects from kickoff to live production, serving as the primary client contact.
• Conduct discovery workshops to map client procurement and finance processes into customized workflows.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data migration (vendor lists, budgets, catalogs) and technical alignment.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions and onboarding sprints for client stakeholders.
• Create structured enablement assets such as playbooks, configuration guides, and short video tutorials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and QA teams to resolve technical blockers and feed client feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• 1+ year experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling business data and metrics.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS, ERP, or CRM solutions.
• Excellent change‑management capabilities and a customer‑centric approach.
