Investment Analyst – Strategic Finance & Fundraising

About the role

We are looking for a high‑caliber Investment Analyst to join a fast‑growing food‑technology scale‑up that is expanding its presence in the New York market. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will shape the company’s fundraising strategy and translate complex financial data into compelling investor narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain three‑statement financial models and perform valuation analyses to support capital‑raising and strategic decisions.
• Create institutional‑grade investor materials, including pitch decks, investment memorandums and board presentations.
• Manage the investor‑relations pipeline, drafting updates and performance reports for existing and prospective stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis across consumer, food‑tech and logistics sectors.
• Support fundraising initiatives by organizing data rooms and responding to due‑diligence inquiries.
• Partner with senior leadership to convert operational KPIs into financial forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Professional experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development or a similar finance‑focused role.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to senior executives and investors.
