Junior Controller – Financial Analyst

About the role
FORVIA HELLA is seeking a Junior Controller to join its Irapuato plant. The role supports financial performance monitoring and internal control processes within a leading automotive supplier.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze variations in key financial KPIs and report findings.
- Quote and evaluate new projects from a financial perspective.
- Monitor internal control processes within the plant.
- Assist in the preparation of forecasts and budgets.
Required profile
- Self‑directed and proactive attitude.
- Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
- Analytical thinking with a high sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication skills and punctuality.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.
- Conversational English.
- 3–4 years of experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
