Key Account Executive (Sales)

About the role

Darwin AI is looking for a Sales Account Executive in Mexico City. The role drives sales, nurtures client relationships and expands market share by identifying potential new clients, understanding their needs and proposing customized solutions. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to management.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts, keeping up with new products and competition.
• Collaborate with the sales team to grow opportunities within the territory.
• Liaise with Operations and Product Development to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role; AI, B2B or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
