About the role

Founded in 1910, KONE is a global leader in elevators, escalators and building doors, dedicated to improving urban life. As a Key Account Manager in Mexico City you will manage your own local portfolio, building strong customer relationships and driving profitable sales.

Key responsibilities

Proactively manage customer relationships and understand their needs.
Identify and develop opportunities with current and new customers.
Close deals that meet customer requirements while maximizing KONE’s order book profitability.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of solution selling experience for distributors.
Fluent English communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables) and SAP.
Willingness to travel as needed.
