Learning & Development Officer

About the role

The Learning & Development Officer will design, deliver, and continuously improve training solutions that enable employees to succeed and support operational excellence. This position works closely with Operations, Quality, and client stakeholders to align learning programs with business goals and performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor‑led, virtual, and blended learning sessions for new hires, cross‑training, upskilling and refresher courses.
• Create and maintain lesson plans, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids and other learning resources.
• Conduct learner assessments, knowledge checks and certification activities to validate outcomes.
• Monitor trainee progress, provide coaching and feedback, and document training results.
• Partner with Operations, Quality Assurance and client teams to identify performance gaps and implement targeted learning interventions.
• Analyze training effectiveness and recommend continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering adult learning programs.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and emerging learning technologies.
• Ability to assess learner performance and provide constructive coaching.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
