Luxury Travel Specialist – Destination Weddings & Celebrations

About the role

Wedded Wonderland is a global platform that redefines luxury destination weddings and milestone celebrations. We are looking for a Luxury Travel Specialist to design and manage comprehensive travel journeys for couples, planners, guests and families before, during and after each event.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate end‑to‑end travel itineraries for destination weddings, honeymoons, guest travel and milestone celebrations, acting as the central coordination point between couples, planners, venues and travel partners.
• Design tiered guest travel experiences that accommodate different budgets, lengths of stay and preferences, reducing confusion and keeping guests within the Wedded Wonderland ecosystem.
• Collaborate with wedding planners and venues to increase room‑night conversion and length of stay, supporting venue revenue goals.
• Curate premium accommodations, experiences and extensions, translating emotional moments into practical itineraries while respecting cultural considerations and group logistics.
• Proactively identify and resolve travel issues, handling complex guest scenarios with discretion and professionalism to protect the overall experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury travel, high‑end hospitality or destination events.
• Comfortable managing ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) and high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients and their guests.
• Strong understanding of group travel dynamics and the emotional stakes of wedding and celebration events.
• Calm under pressure, able to manage complexity and think in journeys rather than transactions.
• Excellent empathy combined with operational precision.

Required skills

• Experience with luxury travel planning and execution.
• Knowledge of destination wedding logistics and group itinerary coordination.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and travel fulfillment partners.
