Marketing Coordination Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordination Analyst to support Burger King’s trade marketing initiatives across Latin America and the Caribbean. The analyst will manage campaign execution, monitor performance, and provide data‑driven insights to help grow the franchise network.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on trade marketing campaigns, promotions and point‑of‑sale material implementation.
• Monitor compliance with activations and track commercial and brand performance indicators.
• Collaborate with franchisees and internal teams to ensure proper execution of commercial strategies.
• Create, manage and follow up on purchase orders, coordinate approvals and control budgets.
• Maintain supplier invoicing, payments and up‑to‑date administrative documentation.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales, inventories, campaigns and franchise performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement, developing dashboards using advanced Excel.
• Provide operational and commercial support to the franchise network, ensuring brand guideline compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• Experience in trade marketing, commercial administration or similar analytical roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with franchisees and internal departments.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
