About the role
Growbi is seeking a hands‑on Meta Ads Specialist to drive performance, optimization, and results for lead‑generation campaigns. You will work remotely with a team of ad specialists, designers, and editors, focusing on Med Spa, beauty, and home‑service businesses across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and scale lead‑generation campaigns on Meta Ads, continuously improving CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Test and iterate creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with designers and creatives to refine ad assets and boost results.
Required profile
- Proven experience running Meta ad campaigns for Med Spa, beauty, or home‑service businesses.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics.
- Understanding of sales funnels, tracking mechanisms, and CRM‑based lead flows.
- Detail‑oriented, independent, and results‑driven work style.
