Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join Westernacher’s Mexico team and support SAP‑based transformation projects. The role will drive adoption of new processes and technologies, ensuring business outcomes are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute OCM strategies that enable successful adoption of SAP solutions and business transformations.
• Partner with project teams, business stakeholders and leadership to assess readiness, identify risks and define mitigation plans.
• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments, and design communication, engagement and training plans for diverse audiences.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, leadership alignment sessions and change‑agent networks to build buy‑in.
• Coach sponsors, managers, key users and change champions on their roles in the transition.
• Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics and success measures, providing continuous improvement recommendations.
• Integrate change management activities into overall project plans and governance structures.
• Support end‑user training development, enablement activities and post‑go‑live reinforcement.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of professional experience in organizational change management, business transformation or consulting.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑wide change initiatives, preferably on SAP projects (e.g., S/4HANA, EWM, TM).
• Strong knowledge of OCM methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR®, Prosci Change Management Methodology or Kotter.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field.
