Organizational Culture & Communications Specialist

About the role

The Organizational Culture & Communications Specialist will design and execute initiatives that strengthen Lenovo’s culture, boost employee engagement, and improve internal communications. Working as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, the specialist ensures that employees receive clear, timely, and meaningful information while feeling connected and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the annual internal communications plan aligned with corporate strategy and culture.
• Develop and lead programs that reinforce company values, desired behaviors, and organizational culture at all levels.
• Plan and execute engagement, recognition, and employee experience initiatives to maintain a highly motivated workforce.
• Support DE&I program development, awareness campaigns, and activities that promote an inclusive workplace.
• Coordinate employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms; analyze results and assist leaders in creating action plans.
• Track and analyze KPIs related to communication, engagement, culture, and inclusion, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or organizational culture initiatives.
• Ability to partner with HR and business leaders to align communications with strategic goals.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting survey data and KPI metrics.
• Experience supporting DE&I programs and fostering inclusive environments.
