Outside Sales Representative – Mexico

About the role

The Mexico Outside Sales Representative will execute R.S. Hughes’ proven sales strategy within an assigned territory, driving revenue growth and expanding market share. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to post‑sale client management, working closely with internal support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, cold calls and referrals.
• Conduct product demonstrations, value‑proposition presentations and technical discussions with C‑suite executives.
• Maintain accurate records of all account activity in the sales database and track results against targets.
• Collaborate with territory teams and sales support across multiple departments to tailor solutions to client environments.
• Assist clients in assessing their business, analyzing data and costs, and developing business cases for growth.
• Participate in client inventory planning sessions and provide technical specifications, pricing and positioning information.
