About the role

AMS is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team. In this role you will connect candidates with opportunities, supporting both clients and internal hiring needs while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders through strong verbal and written communication.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Conduct competency‑based and behavioral interviews and present suitable opportunities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring attention to detail.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to handle several openings at once.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
