Sales Development Representative (Remote – Mexico)

About the role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive market expansion across Mexico. The role is fully remote and focuses on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and booking qualified meetings for our closing team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Identify and engage decision‑makers, qualify leads against defined criteria, and book meetings for the internal sales team.
- Maintain accurate activity logs and CRM records.
- Consistently achieve and exceed outreach and meeting‑booking targets.
Required profile
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proven experience in SDR, BDR, telemarketing or outbound sales roles, preferably as a Spanish‑language SDR.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection‑handling skills.
- Self‑driven, performance‑oriented and comfortable with cold outreach.
