About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Retrofit Manager to coordinate and execute retrofit processes across multiple SAP landscapes. The role requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication to work with functional, technical, and release teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor SAP retrofit processes across D, Q, and P landscapes, ensuring timely transport movement.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate scope, propose scenarios, and resolve retrofit conflicts.
- Define and enforce governance processes, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with change management policies.
- Utilize SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and other tools to track activities and identify automation opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of SAP experience with at least 2 years in retrofit or change management.
- Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder management and ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
- SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM
- ABAP development
- S/4HANA and BW/4HANA
- Transport management and system landscape knowledge
