SAP S/4 HANA ABAP Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled SAP S/4 HANA ABAP Developer to join the Application DevOps Platform and central S/4HANA Architecture team. The role focuses on maintaining the Invoice Output Management solution and delivering new development following SAP best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide corrective and maintenance support for the Invoice Output Management solution.
• Develop and optimise ABAP programs in a SAP S/4HANA environment, adhering to Clean ABAP standards.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to analyse requirements and propose solutions.
• Participate in unit and integration testing and produce technical documentation.
• Support migration and integration of new functionalities in an international context, including Go‑Live and Hypercare phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in SAP development roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ABAP (classic and cloud), and related business processes, especially invoicing.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• ABAP development with RAP approach.
• Transport Requests and version management.
• ABAP Unit testing.
• Knowledge of SD, MM, FI modules (billing, document management).
• Experience with interfaces such as IDoc, RFC, OData.
• SAP Fiori development.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, Business Application Studio (BAS).
