Senior Accountant (Remote)

About the role

Zipdev is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join its fast‑growing, fully remote finance team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting strategic decision‑making through reporting and forecasting, and ensuring operational excellence across accounting and payroll processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update weekly cash‑flow forecasts and financial models.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Extract and analyse data from QuickBooks Online and HubSpot to keep financial dashboards current.
• Own end‑to‑end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing and overdue follow‑up.
• Execute month‑end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Manage cross‑border payroll for 150+ employees and contractors across Latin America, handling multiple currencies and payment platforms.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial analysis.
• Experience in B2B services, SaaS, staffing, or recruiting environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
