About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition across the region. The role blends strategic partnership with hands‑on recruiting for senior and hard‑to‑fill positions, ensuring a top‑class candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for a broad portfolio, including senior and critical roles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing market insights and hiring strategy guidance.
• Proactively source and engage talent using creative, data‑driven methods.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines and long‑term talent networks.
• Ensure a high‑touch candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR partners and the global TA community.
• Represent the company externally as an authentic brand ambassador.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing or technical environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels.
• Proven expertise in proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Strategic mindset balanced with execution capability.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP system) knowledge.
