Stockist – Fashion Retail

About the role

The Stockist ensures that Chanel’s fashion collections are available, organized and presented in the boutique to support the sales team and deliver a seamless client experience. Working closely with the Boutique Operations Manager, the role covers the full stock lifecycle from delivery to floor presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and store daily product deliveries before store opening, placing items in the correct stock locations.
• Maintain an organized and optimized stock area according to internal procedures.
• Track and process internal stock transfers and buffer stock arrangements.
• Prepare and execute rolling stock‑takes, ensuring they are completed before opening.
• Support the sales floor during high‑traffic periods by locating products quickly.
• Collaborate with boutique teams to align stock availability with client demand and visual standards.
• Analyze inventory data to prevent discrepancies and improve stock efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Proactive attitude with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.
• Good knowledge of fashion product lines and willingness to learn.
