About the role

IQVIA, a global leader in advanced analytics, technology solutions and life sciences consulting, offers a Strategy Consulting Trainee program in Mexico City. It gives hands-on experience in healthcare consulting, mentorship from experienced professionals and exposure to real-world projects, with the chance to convert into a full-time Associate role after successful completion.

What you will experience

Structured learning and consulting fundamentals
Shadowing high-performing consultants and contributing to project work
Advanced training in Excel modeling, PowerPoint storytelling and data visualization
Networking events and cross-cultural exposure

The program runs from January to May 2027.

Required profile

STEM or science students in their last semester (January 2027) or expecting a diploma by no earlier than May 2027
Genuine interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and consulting
Availability to visit the Mexico City office (Col. Nápoles) 1-2 times per week

Required skills

Excellent analytical and communication skills
Fluent English (C1 minimum)
